Students intertwine leisure,health in knitting group (The Optimist)
A new organization can be found on campus for students who enjoy Knitting or want to learn how to knit. Knitting in November is a response to Residence Life's Health and Wellness initiative, said Jae Webb, residence director of Barret Hall, in an e-mail. Webb said Knitting is a great way to increase dexterity in the fingers and hands and prevent arthritis in later years.
