Tuscarawas County Public Library at New Philadelphia will sponsor its second knitting class for children in 3rd through 6th grades beginning Sept. 12. ?Get Knittin?? is a three-week class for beginners that teaches children the basics of knitting while incorporating new books and audiovisual items about knitting.
