Woodside Profit Rises 16 Percent as Oil Fields Start (Update3) (Bloomberg.com) Aug. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Woodside Petroleum Ltd., Australia's second-largest oil and gas producer, said first-half profit rose 16 percent on an increase in output and the sale of a stake in a field off the northwestern coast.
