Roosevelt inspires knit-in (Poughkeepsie Journal)
HYDE PARK - With Knitting and crocheting experiencing a come back, an opportunity to take a step back to the past and to help local charities will take place April 27 at the Henry A. Wallace Center at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum.

Lillian I. Young 1927-2008 (Tribune Chronicle)
BAZETTA ? Lillian I. ??Jean?? Young, 80, died at 2:15 p.m. Saturday, April 12, 2008, at Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital. She was born Oct. 16, 1927, in Indiana County, Pa., the daughter of the late George S. and Bernice F. Patterson Whitaker.
